The Preferred Commercial Carpet Cleaning Story

We aren’t a faceless franchise. We are Perth’s dedicated, owner-operated carpet cleaning extraction experts, maintaining commercial assets with zero sub-contractors since 1997.

It started with a fundamental premise back in 1997: provide a level of heavy-duty floor maintenance that facility managers can actually trust. For nearly thirty years, we built an uncompromising reputation in Perth’s prestigious Western Suburbs through our foundational brand, Cottesloe Carpet Cleaning.

As commercial demand grew across the broader metropolitan area, we recognised that local businesses were being treated like a massive dumping ground for sub-standard service. Big national franchises were dominating the market by treating commercial contracts like an automated conveyor belt for poorly trained, rushed sub-contractors.

We launched Preferred Carpet Cleaning (B2B) to bring our truck-mounted equipment and strict chemical compliance directly to local business tenancies, ensuring your commercial investment is protected by seasoned operators. Today, whether you book residential services with Cottesloe or commercial extraction with Preferred, you get the exact same experienced team.

We also service our residential customers under the Preferred Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning brand.

When you hand over the security fobs to your commercial premises, you deserve to know exactly who is crossing the threshold.
